Can't find any more info on this http://www.independent.ie/irish-news/town-of-food-scoops-775000-to-train-its-chefs-29182699.html but it seems like they're going ahead with it as they're advertising a position for coordinator of the course. Don't know who to contact in relation to getting on it so if anyone see's anything…
