Quick question....

Putting a price together for a tender. Cost is broken down into 3 categories..

1. Materials & Equipment (€40,000)
2. Labour (€60,000)
3. Project Management Cost (€6,000)

What VAT rate should I use.... It is 13.5% for all or should project management cost be 23%...

Does the 2/3 rule apply and the 3 categories be at 13.5%??

Your help would be much appreciated.....

Given the amount of money involved, and the costs of getting it wrong, you really should ask your accountant or tax adviser, not some random pseudonym on the net.
