Party structures Works Orders arising out of Chapter 3

I am referring to the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 , Chapter 3 - Party Structures.

Section 45 provides for a property owner to obtain a court grant of a "Works Order" relating to works to party structures ( eg party walls between buildings , boundary walls or fences between sites ).

Is there any web site or other place where a record or register of of court granted Works Orders may be seen ? I am curious to see how many property owners have sought to exercise their rights in this way.

It would appear that the District Court hears such applications so thats where you have to go but I doubt if such a register exists.

Thanks. Do you know if there any public place which lists court hearings ( including the subjects of ) where one could study and "make a stab" at the no of applications for Works Orders ? Or are such lists treated as internal to the workings of the courts?

Some information like this is contained in the Courts Service Annual Reports but I don't think they give a breakdown on the number of Works Order applications brought in the District Court.

I would suggest that you could contact the Courts Service to see if they will provide you with the information you require. If this dosn't work, you could contact your local TD and request them to raise a Parliamentary Question to the Minister for Justice. TDs get requests for this sort if thing all the time.
