Find an agent that's putting a load of bulls together you'll do much better. I got €1300 for a grand holstein last back end that needed 4-6 weeks on a finishing ration before factorying. Agent already had 2 pens like him. I wouldn't have got near it in the factory.

put him around the ring, bring him home if you think you can make a hunderd more of him

Agree with bob, or stick his snapshot on donedeal, someone has a bull gone lame/ or has poor submission rate for ai.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Two cows inconclusive in TB test. Calves at foot at 4 months of age.
Options retest in 6 weeks, OR, slaughter now.
Concerned about they being inconclusive or direct reactor at retest time, which would mean a further four months locked up from date of retest. Into November. Also of course, if they are infected, I'm just spreading TB in the herd in the short term.

Would it be overreaction to slaughter now, as opposed to retesting after six weeks? Especially since, they are rearing calves!
    What do people think?

    Kill now.

Clear TB out of the herd so as not to cause further damage.

Calves will be fine at four months weaned and on good grass.

Slightly, but said I'd chance it, since there's a common theme. Killing.

To kill or not to kill, that is the question!!!!

Know a guy that killed a limo stock bull lately, massive animal, Ashbourne meets were 50 cent kilo ahead of any one closer to home, killed out 750kg so was worth the trip.
