    What does the title " a thig ná tit orm" actually mean does anyone know?

    "House don't fall on me" - bit of a common phrase at the time used in awkward situations when one wishes to convey a desire for their house to remain upright. Eg. When the house begins to show signs of cracking, one might dramatically exclaim "A thig ná tit orm".

    Its been a while since I studied this for my LC but think it translates as something like "God Forbid" or "Heaven Forbid".
