Mobile testing/emulation with inspector

So sick of Browserstack.

Need something to test/emulate iPhone and Android (others obv a bonus) with an inspector.

Are there any alternatives with an inspector built in? I recall one I liked but have since completely forgot the name.

Not looking for anything where I have to use an actual device (such as Adobe Edge).

What are folks using?

Nah, i need something that will emulate the software/os of the phone along with user agents etc.

i essentially need browserstack but with an inspector, and not as ****

For android you might consider using - http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/adding-packages.html. I would guess that browserstackare using this (or something similar) on a VM.
