Ireland to Hong Kong with Dubai stopover

Hi guys, hoping someone can help me or has experience!

I'm hoping to travel to Hong Kong in October, but importantly I want my stopover to be in Dubai and to be for two nights. I'm looking at skyscanner but can't seem to be able to extend the duration of the stopover at all... Does anyone know if I can do this, and if so, how - or do I just need to book separate flights for Dublin - Dubai, then Dubai to HK, and HK to Dublin?

Apologies if this seems a bit incoherent, I'm going googly-eyed from looking at all these flights...

Since only Emirates fly between Dublin and Dubai direct did you check their webpage? If you select the milti-destination/stopover option you should be able to book this.

Skyscanner doesn't factor in stop-overs longer than simply connecting flights.

Go to Emirates.com and select book a flight and then "Multiple Destinations / Stopovers".
