Adding a Name to my Current Account

    Hello, 
    I've been told that I can add a name to my account without giving the other person an ATM card or other access except going into the bank. How do I go about doing this? Do both people need to go into the bank or can I do it by myself?

    Hi claire1997,

    This type of permission is only given in extremely exceptional circumstances.  You will have to contact your account holding branch directly and a representative will be happy to discuss this with you.
