Washing Machine not spinning

    Guys,

Washing machine starting to act up. Same standard Electrolux (aqualux 1200) as in all the Charlesland Grove 2beds I believe.

Symptoms are barrel not moving/spinning during wash cycles. It seems to be intermittant so leads me to believe it's an electrical issue.

Anybody have similar issues? Anyone get theirs repaired? I don't fancy forking out for a new one!

Sounds like the brushes in the motor, a DIY job for someone with a bit of technical know how, parts around €25, engineers call out, average €65.
