Size 9 ladies shoes anyone???

Any suggestions as to where I might be able to pick up a nice navy pair of sandals in a size 9??? Need them to go with a maxi for a wedding so need to be quite dressy. These feckin hooves will be the death of me! (",) Nigh on impossible to find nice shoes in larger sizes and also navy seems really really difficult to source...

@ Twee....when I go into Topshop website unfortunately it seems they only do up to a size 42 which is an 8.
@ dee mc...thanks for those options! I'm liking the New Look Cork wedge heel sandals but am not sure if cork wedge is a tad too casual for a wedding???
What do you think? Its to go with a long Monsoon Maxi Dress.

I wondered that about the cork sandals too; I don't know how your DIY skills are but I know you can paint cork wedges (using a primer to stop it soaking up the paint) if you want to make them look less casual?

I've found Debenhams the best for size 9 shoes. They even have wide fitting size 9 shoes which seem to be a rarity. For some reason shops seem to think if you have a big foot it's only big in one direction. They're also much more reasonably priced than some of the specialist shops. I have a pair of ankle boots I picked up for €35 at Christmas there and they fit like a glove, probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I have.

Nine west do a 9 too.

Apparently Penneys have started selling 9's recently, I haven't seen them myself but a co-worker bought some last week.

Penneys have indeed started stocking size 9's, but they're still quite narrow and mostly flats.

I find New Look great for size 9's, especially heels (I got a pair of navy heels in there a few weeks back) and Debenhams the odd time. Others to look at would be Barratts and Office, and TK Maxx may have some size 9's hiding too!

Penneys do up to a 9 but I find their shoes quite small fitting anyway.

New Look is great, I'm an 8 but I always see plenty of size 9s in there.

Dr. Martens and Irregular Choice both go up to 9/43 for example. I live in Docs

I'm pretty familiar with a lot of the brands that stock up to size 9 but posted here in the hope that I'd learn of some more, and I have!
Would never have dreamt that Irregular Choice stocked up to a 43, great news! Docs unfortunately just wont cut it for a wedding shoe option though! LOL!
I've managed to order a couple of different shoes so we'll see which works best.

I haven't put my new docs on in a couple of weeks. Tried them on and they fit perfectly. Wore them out for a night and one of my feet was in bits. You should be able to hire someone to break in Docs for you.

I'm not sure if there is one close to where you are, but for a cheap option ShoeZone do up to size 9 too.
