    i recently started bedding my beardie in straw chip as ive a surplus of it as my brother keeps chickens he seems to not mind it and doesnt eat it and looks more comfortable than newspaper wondering if it will cause any problems in the future?

    yes most likely it is going to cause problems as one day he is going to eat it
