Anyone have any experience of stem risers ? Im looking to raise the handle bars of my racer after a recent back injury. Are these available in Dublin?

How far do you need to raise? Stems are usually angled and can often be flipped to raise them a bit. Also shortening it by a cm might also allow some relief and get you more upright. I,l'd recommend an adjustable one so you can get things setup just right.
