    I see the rape one closed so I wondered who can do it and why? Although it seemed as if it was going round in circles I can't understand why it would be closed.

    You answered your own question, because it was going in circles. If a mod doesn't leave a nite as to why a thread was closed you could private message them and they might tell you.

    You have three options here.

    (A) If your question is about the closing of a specific thread then pm the mod who closed it.

    (2) You could ask in the feedback thread we have going here.

    (D) If your question is about closing threads in general the yu could try the main Feedback forum or Helpdesk.
