Negative test but loads of symptoms

    Going unreg for this because a few people know me irl on the site.

    For the last few weeks I've been feeling a bit strange, got a few days of dark spotting last week and haven't been feeling great. Started a new pill about three months ago but forgot to take it some days so haven't quite ben as cautious as I could be. Stomach has started to churn around certain smells and I haven't been able to eat all day due to the nausea. Did a tesco test the other night (the spotting had me freaked) but despite initially thinking it was a very faint line it was negative.

    Does this mean for sure its negative and I've nothing to worry about? Thanks.
