I'm currently using vittoria zaffiro pro tyres but its time for a change. At the moment corners scare me, they roll really well so I've no complaints there its just when it comes to corners I've no confidence in them especially if its wet. Maybe its just down to bad bike control. Lookin for peoples opinions and what they use. Heard conti gp4 and ultremos are good. Thanks

I found the Ultremo's a touch too finicky for our super roads. One literally fell apart. The othe I carried around as a spare (In fact I lost it this morning on my spin Balbriggan-Howth-Balbriggan).
The GP 4s are highly rated.
I love Vittoria's and would reccomend stepping up to the rubino pro folding.
Although if thr open corsa's are still on sale in Planet X for 20 odd quid (bargain of the decade imo)you would be mad not too as they are a fantastic tyre and will transform your ride.
edit: Planet x have a great selection on Vittoria's under €30. The Vittoria Open Corsa Evo KX for a shade under €30 would be my choice.
But the rubino's for a fiver less....

If you are willing to compromise durability for performance go for Veloflex, a dream to ride on them (especially with latex tubes). If not, I would go for Continental attack/force.

I use ultremos and love them. They roll great and grip is really good, although not so in the wet. They are also very light wearing on our lovely roads.

I also have a pair to rubino pros. They don't roll half as well, but they seem to hold up well on the road with little puncturing.

I always thought the gp4 were the undisputed wet tyres.

I have Michelin Pro 4 service course tyres on my bike and they are amazing wet and dry. You can also get a pair from chain reaction with tubes for 55 euro. Can't fault them.
