What's your favourite ecommerce solution/shopping cart (2013)?

I've been working a lot on ecommerce sites lately and been dealing with every type of cart under the sun. I'm wondering what people view as their favourite ecommerce solution now in mid-2013.

I'm going to stick as many options as possible in the poll, with multi-select enabled. Post a suggestion for anything you think I should add.

This won't answer the question "which is the best ecommerce solution for MY project?" as each project will have its own peculiarities, but it should be a good overview of where things are at.
