So my parcel arrived in shannon on 27 may and estimated delivery date is... 30 May!!! 3 days to move it 30 miles?? Surely something wrong...:confused:

I had an incident with FeDex where they messed up on a quotation of a customs charged for me. 6 months after my order they sent another invoice looking for 179euro extra!!!

After ignoring it thinking it was a mistake they really started to get on my case. After all that went on it was the DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY who got the bill halved for me.

As the buyer I had no protection against a company who threatened to blacken my name and I still shouldn't have to pay a penny but on advice of free solicitor consultation I was advised that I shouldn't have to pay it either but they're crooks!!!
