Can someone advise please on who gives the best variable rates for a mortgage application. IO would be looking at a mortgage with a LTV Variable of less than 60%

PTSB announced new LTV rates a number of weeks ago. Check out their website

KBC are the cheapest offering a variable rate of 4% for a mortgage of less than 60% loan to value.
