    That image link doesn't work.
Can you upload to for instance postimage.org and link to that?

The picture's from Almera Owner's Club, you've to log in to see it.
    It's an N16.

    same one as mine.
    right
1st part...... on the passengers side there should be a hook ( for a woman's bag or something) lift the hook up and put your finger in it and put your hand on the other side of the panel and pull, the bottom panel should click off. pull the top where the display screen is and that the whole lot should click out. than just disconnect the hazard light cable and the heater cable and leave the panel on the floor or wherever.

2nd part... where the stereo is there two screws either side of it. unscrew them and the stereo will slide out that just disconnect the cables and your ready to put your new stereo in :)

you might have to foil down the plastic a bit when you put the panel back on as the built in stereo might be smaller than your new stereo ( you'll see what i mean when you do it :p )

    Hi Massy086,

Sorry for dragging up an old thread, but how did you get on with removing the radio in your Almera?

Radio in my Almera has stopped working - heating controls still work fine.
I want to disconnect it at the back to reset it to see if that does any good.

Is it easy enough to accomplish?

    Thanks

    Thanks Biko,

Unfortunately it's not that model. It's the one like the picture Massey put up earlier in the thread. It has heating control and radio control in one console.
