Hi,

Hope this is the correct place to ask this question, if not mods please move or merge as you see fit.

My mother asked me to pay her lpt for her. Now she didn't get a letter so had no property id or pin. So went ahead and registered her and paid by visa debit.at the end of the transaction I got a payment order number, but no property id or pin. Anyone know how to get this, will they send out a receipt or letter with the details?

I tried to ring this evening, but I didn't fancy holding for 45 minutes.

If you log back in using the same details, it will come up as paid and will have an ID, so I heard on the radio. I didnt do it myself.
