hey, I noticed the airhose leading into the back of the airbox back seems to not be connecting to where its supposed to and is banging around when im driving, I tried to refit it but it doesn't seem to stay fitted, there doesn't seem to be any visable clip for it, anyone know how to secure it?

The intake pipes on the 1.6 hdi engine are very flimsy...
There is a clip on it but tbh its not the best.

Sometimes its down to the rubber grommets on the air filter box wearing/getting lost which causes the airbox to move around the back of the engine.
Also beware sometimes the airfilter box sits on the egr heat exchanger rubber hose and wears its way tru it..
Remove the airbox and have alook below it..;)

You could wrap duct tape around it as a new intake pipe is expensive...e.g.

cheers for the reply, I considered tape but im cautious cause of engine heat not allowing the tape to stick!
