As title suggests, I will be applying for btea come September ? I have been 2 years out of education (Have letter from previous college) and should be 9 months on social welfare payment and will be 21 years of age ?? Now Im only just gone from receiving JSA payment to the X's and O's payment now will that effect me applying for btea....also on the x's and o's i only work roughly one day each 3 weeks ??

*If you are getting a jobseeker's payment, each day you are unemployed, except Sunday, is counted as a day of unemployment.

It looks like each day you are working is counted,it might be more than 9 months to make up the time required.

You need 234 Jobseeker Days to qualify - days worked don't count - why not ask the SW Local Office to let you know the number of days signed so far and you can project your September position from there.
