Help me accessorise

My best friends wedding is this weekend. I have the dress, but nothing else. I'm not big on jewellery so have no idea how to dress this up or what would look good so I need your help. Attached below is the dress, feel free to suggest a hair style too.

Is there metallic beading around the top?
I'd probably go for silver sandals (maybe flat, embellished ones especially if you're tall), and a big silver statement cuff and dangly earrings with hair up in a loose chignon!
