Hey everyone i was just wandering if anybody could help,I bought my family home about 13 years ago from my father and i built him a granny flat at the back of the house, and i was wondering where i stand on this property tax i have rang a few places and nobody can give me an answer on where i stand,
my mortgage and the deeds of my house only show as one property and to be honest i could not really ever sell them separately as i would have no back garden and my mortgage would not let me.Any suggestions would be great. And i have a letter from my mortgage lender saying that my house is not sub divided and is registered as one property THANKS IN ADVANCE.
P.S i have got 2 notices from revenue for each house?

So you built an extension without planning? The LPT is the least of your worries.

    Contact a solicitor.

    Read the charter. Thread closed.
