    Aspergers teacher training open to all Sna student teachers etc
    Aspergers Teacher Training Course open to all working with children with Aspergers ,parent, Sna ,youth worker , family support etc .This is a 2 Day Course on 8th June and 15th June from 10am to 4pm in the Bracken Court Hotel Balbriggan coat €15 for materials etc. please book your place with Bernie Hagan 01-8020484 or adhdfingal@gmail.com cert of attendance given to those that attend both days please only book if you can commit to two full days as places are limited.
    Funded by Friends of Autism and ADHD.note cost is for material only .

    This course will explain, from theory to practice, the implications for a child diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome in an educational setting. It will give practical examples of areas of difficuly a child may encounter, and practical tips and advice for parents and professional on how to help and support your child in school. Mary Collins teaches in St Joseph's CBS Primary, Fairview, a mainstream school with 4 special classes for children diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. These classes opened first in 2000 and Mary started up the classes and taught in the classes for nearly 7 years. Mary completed her Masters in 2002 with a study on the educational provision for and needs of children diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome in East Leinster."
