Is there anywhere in Dublin that will do an assessment of your set-up if you are not buying a bike from them?
Can you bring in your own bike and pay to get it done?

I bought a 2nd hand road bike and never got fitted properly. (stem, seat position etc)

I've signed up for a 700k cycle, and as a result I've been doing a lot more cycling in preparation.

I want to make sure I am set-up correctly before taking on that distance.

    Advise please :-)

I just had a bike fit done in Base2Race out in Ballymount and I'd definitely recommend them.

Dominic in B2R is a great guy, really friendly and knows his stuff. Bike feels great now. Was riding it for a year before getting the fit done and it was never quite right.

I know a chap who does a lot of long distance cycling and spent a lot of money on a bike. He went to B2R in Ballymount to get the bike set up for himself and he described it as a revelation and was delighted with the improvements they made.
