Sky box advice&error message

    Hi
    I pay for sky+&multiroom at home. I moved out a year ago and the house had an old box so I was able to use it no problem. Only thing is 2weeks ago an error came up. Saying this is the wrong card for the box(code7).

    So I have brought the box it was paired with (the one from home)and the same error message is coming up how come? Can anybody advise.

    You can contact SKY by chat on their website and get them to pair to the box you want to use. Do you get the error in all channels or some of them?

    I can only get the fta ones. Would it be anything to do will the fact that its supposed to be the multi room box and should be connected to the phone line?

    No it shouldn't be, I have multiroom too and not connected to the phone line. if you check in your sky.com can you see both viewing cards number in your account?
