Would appreciate advise on which pedals/cleats I need to purchase to match these shoes? I'm a bit confused by the choices and want to ensure they all fit each other
Would like something easy to get the hang of as it will be my first time using clipless. If they are on crc so I can place one order that would be great too.

    Thanks

There are two types of shoes/pedals, road ones which the cleats (spd-sl) are exposed from the shoe and are pretty much unwalkable and the mtb/commuting shoes (spd) which the cleats are recessed in the sole and you can walk normaly. Are you going to use the shoes/pedals for commuting? If so, I would probably go for the spd type.

I don't plan on commuting on it, it will be for hopefully joining a club for spins and maybe getting into it a bit more.
Will any spd-sl pedals fit those shoes? It says fit spd or look keo but nothing about spd-sl. Apologies for my ignorance of the subject!
Would like to order the 3 bits  I.e shoes, cleats and pedals together.

Bike is a giant avail 2 (ladies defy) and I plan to use it for sport :) all going well

These are proper road shoes and you can definitely not use spd cleats on them. Depending on budget now you can start from these pedals http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=5369 and work your way up to these http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=95073 if you like. The cleats are specific to the pedals and come with them, so you don't have to buy anything extra. A very good pedal to start would be this one: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28263

Thanks Astramanti, I ordered the shimano spd sl pedals, used the group scheme code and got 10 euro for the lot off :)...
