Any phone packages that allow Laptop connection for broadband?

    I was wondering are there any good bill pay or pay as you go packages that will allow you to connect the phone to the laptop and use it as your broadband?

    I'm trying to find something that allows this in addition to decent call time and of course for a good price.

    If anyone has any experience with any? Thanks.
