    Hi,

I want to transfer 130k to my bank account in Ireland. I have paid tax on this already and don't wanto get screwed in Ireland.

Will I be required to explain where I got funds etc?

Yes, you will likely be asked as to what the source of the funds are. Nothing to be worried about - all amounts over 10K must be explained. It's just standard operating procedure. Hell I just did it the other day - just said "savings" (as it was).
