Live matches on internet

No Cork v Limerick match on tv tonight anywhere in the world. WHY??

In this age of mass communications and worldwide internet access WHY aren't the GAA not broadcasting ALL matches on a dedicated internet channel themselves.

If they fear a reduction of attendance then start broadcasting the match 15 minutes late.

I and I am sure many millions of GAA fans worldwide would gladly pay to watch a match on the net and if the GAA run the service themselves we, the fans, would not have to fear the sale of the service to a broadcasting corporation. i.e. Sky.

    Come on Croker, try it.

I agree a didicated internet only GAA.tv type station, like mlb.tv would be a very good idea.

Plus you could just block access to Ireland based users for games that are being broadcast on TV.

Will not happen however before the next negaoation of TV rights.
