Possibly resurrecting the flagship "8" designation but as two separate classes?

    The now confirmed 2014 model, EUR100k, 4.6sec to 60, 100MPG, 3Cylinder Petrol + 96Kw Electric drive BMW i8:

And the most likely E31 8series replacement, the Pininfarina designed Gran Lusso Coupe, 550BHP (or more) V12:

I think the Gran Lusso Coupe, as a concept, is almost visually there, but it needs some sleeker design elements in the front, its kinda like its half butch half slim but not really anything at the moment.

BMW are presently getting the backs so right and the front's so wrong.

The front on that Grand Lusso Concept is awful.

It needs to be lower at the front I think

Excellent, the 4 and the 8 will be nice machines with the right engines
    The now confirmed 2014 model,
sweet , so its not a far off concept
    EUR100k,
not great but an expected price range
    4.6sec to 60,
    Savage speed
    100MPG,
how did they manage that on a
    3Cylinder Petrol + 96Kw Electric drive BMW i8:
ohh wait, fcuk that, kill it with fire
And the most likely E31 8series replacement, the Pininfarina designed Gran Lusso Coupe, 550BHP (or more) V12:
Ahh ok , they redeemed themselves , This will be a savage second hand buy in 10 years.

that was a rollercoaster of a post to read if there ever was one.

The wheels are lost in those arches.

If they did a 2.0 liter turbo diesel version they'd sell loads.
