Does anyone know how much money can I move from a Dublin AIB a/c to a Belgium savings a/c without having to fill out money laundering forms? thanks

Intra EU you shouldn't have a problem although the Belgian tax authorities may query where it came from at the receiving end.

As far as I'm aware the cumulative daily limit with AIB is EUR 1,050,000 by electronic banking without special arrangements.

You would basically just need the Belgian account BIC and IBAN.

If you're not laundering money, it's a non issue!
