Hi folks anyone have any suggestions for securing a garden bench in our front garden, We are buying a new bench tomorrow and we are worried that if we leave it outside unsecured it will be stolen (there is a few undesirables living around the corner) We are looking to put it up against the front wall of the house itself and im wondering is it best to brace it to the wall or anchor it to the soil?

I was thinking of anchoring it with some re bar and drive them into the ground and hopefully if some one goes to take the bench and they see its some way fixed that it might put em of taking.
