photo framing !!

    right lads have a bit of a problem....

    do ye no the white card that surrounds a photo in a frame , im looking to cut it out in the outline of Ireland.... does anyone know where I could purchase this card or even how to cut it to such detail????

    is there anywhere that could cut it for me....??
