A few years back European rail operators converged their annual timetable change date to December. DB unions are pointing out that this has caused some inconvenience to passengers and complicates rostering. They have asked DB management to solicit a change from the Community of European Railways in Brussels (who can be found at www.cer.be) to have the switchover to new timetables take place at the change from summer to winter time.
