I'm sure a few have noticed the re-painting of the lanes between Newland Cross and the Recow Interchange for M50 N/S again. On my bike again this morning and the car in front of me drives over the new hatched markings.

Honestly, they have the overhead signs warning of the change, they have a flashing mobile sign warning of the chance and still people cannot get into the correct lane.

I'm all for replacing the painted island with a police style stinger strip at this stage. Every single time I approach the area that the lanes change there are people crossing the markings. Whatever about before, it should be fairly obvious now you're going wrong when you cross a brand new set of shiny while lines in zig-zag.

How can they make this better or is the whole layout a complete loss at this stage?
