    Hi all,

Finishing up a degree in electronic engineering and out of interest and for my own learning more than anything else I'm looking to get into designing effects pedals for guitar/bass/keyboards whatever.

I've designed and built some simple enough things so far and although there's a lot of resources online with schematics and that I'm looking for any resources on the actual design process, maths and all. The theoretical side of it and the actual design process interests me rather than just copying a schematic.

Does anybody know of any books/sites which could help me here?

    Thanks
