Hi All, I am looking to buy a good quality postbox. I like the Old Time Look and really like the look of the traditional american postbox. I plan to have it inside my front gates, at the bottom of the drive and have a picture of maybe black wrought iron stand with same colour postbox or maybe having the postbox different…

Hi All,

Is there such a thing I can buy? OR

Can I buy the postbox somewhere and have the frame made up.....

I would also be open to other traditional vintage looking postboxes.

There area a number of architectural salvage yards across the country which would sell this type of thing. Deck Clad Salvage near Citywest in Dublin would be a fairly good bet I'd say.
