I am due to fly to Gazipasa in Turkey next Wednesday via Amsterdam. Booked my 6am flight with Aer Lingus in the February sale to connect with 11am Corendon airlines flight from Amsterdam to Gazipasa. Just got an e-mail from Corendon to say their flight has been brought forward to 6am.Going to have to change my flight to Tuesday evening at considerable expense and as their is an elderly relative traveling with me may have to book an hotel. Aer lingus charge €40 per passenger to change and we will also lose the sale price and pay the balance for the regular fare. Sick to the teeth, wondering will i get any compensation from Corendon, have replied to their mail and waiting a reply.

Woud you suggest they change you to the following day instead if there is one then you dont have to change your AL flights you still have a hotel in Amsterdam though. When the flight not booked together and only four hours difference don't think there's much you can do unless your insurance covers anything.

They have no obligation to you re: the Aer Lingus flight/hotel.

I doubt they'll offer much in the line of compensation either for a change in time.
