    Hey!

Just wondering, is it safe to put sparring gear (headguard, shin pads, footpads) into the washing machine? Or do you have to wash them manually?:pac:

I just use Fabreeze.. Give your gear a good squirt and you'll be fine.

If your shin and knee guards/pads are the cotton type them wash them as normal.

The likes of rash guards/t-shirts, shorts, Gi etc should be washed after every practice.
