Other Channels problem on Sky HD box

    I'm having a strange problem with my DRX890 HD box. When I'm watching a channel via Other Channels, such as BBC News, the box will sometimes jump to channel 998 by itself. It doesn't reboot, as can be confirmed from the uptime in the installer menu, it just goes back to channel 998.

    The box is on the 58.60 firmware. Is anyone else having this problem, or know what's wrong? I've tried deleting all of my Other Channels and retuning them, but that made no difference.

    I'm having the same issue, although I thought it was related to the "card trick". When I scroll to ITV HD via the blue button it jumps immediately back to channel 998.

    I think additional card trick channels lasted slightly longer, such as channel 5, but eventually would revert to channel 998.

    I haven't bothered with the card trick in the last few days...can't test "Other channels" at the moment...

    Hmm, I think I found a way to replicate this.

    If the box is put into standby while on one of the other channels, when it's powered back on it will go back to the same channel as before, but then go to 998 after a few minutes.

    I am having the same problem with the other channels via the blue button.

    The problem started 22-23/05/2013.

    I guess sky are messing with us again.

    Has anyone any ideas?
