Importing and selling wine online

Hi,

I was thinking about importing little quantity of wine and sell it exclusively online through an online store. Apart from registering for a business company with CRO, would I need a licence to sell wine?

Is legislation for online sales the same as per normal sales or are they different?

Any help will be very much appreciated.

You need a licence to sell wine. Talk to the revenue commissioners.
