Printing labels on MS Word

I am using MS Word on Windows XP. Now and again I need to print address labels. It is not always possible to buy Avery labels so each time I use a different brand - Decadry, Xerox, whatever - I have to figure out the Avery label no. equivalent as these manufacturers use their own unique label numbering and only Avery…

I am using MS Word on Windows XP. Now and again I need to print address labels. It is not always possible to buy Avery labels so each time I use a different brand - Decadry, Xerox, whatever - I have to figure out the Avery label no. equivalent as these manufacturers use their own unique label numbering and only Avery numbers are listed in the Print Labels menu of MS Word.

Is there any list available where label numbers are matched for the different manufacturers?

I generally just set up a custom label with the dimensions provided, I find it works the best.
