What to wear with this dress

I got this dress in awear, its fab on much nicer in person, nips in at waist and flares out.
Stumped on what to wear with it though, I need help with what colour blazer shoes and bag

What would you choose?
Thinkin brown shoes/sandles?

Tan or brown or nude I'd say, not really a style that would sit well with a pop of colour IMO, it's fab I love those china type prints

I'd say a black tailored blazer would go well with it too
