I'm looking at options for a second bike to use for commuting and as a trainer (for winter use) and like the look of this. I won't qualify for the BTW scheme until next year but might invest in another bike now. Just looking for opnions on this or alternative suggestions. Not to worried about the chainset as my other full carbon bike with Shiamno 105 fits my needs in that regard. I am not interested in racing at the moment. Just doing as many sportives as possible and long spins at the weekend aswell as the commute and generally enjoying cycling

I have the 105 version and love it. Gorgeous bike. 105 came in at 1,200 so push the price a bit.

I think it looks great (my inner bike snob will always a have a soft spot for the pedigree and history of Bianchi)

I'm guessing at that price you'll be limited on size and colour options right?

How much do you think I could try and bargain off. Should I offer about 850 or would that be unreasonable. I would also need to budget for race made mudguards as it would be come the wet weather bike.

    No attachments for a rack.
It has no attachments for mudguards.
They look like short drop brakes so you are probably limited in how big a tyre you can put on there. It will be very tight if you try to put on a larger tyre and a mudguard.

There are ways around all these things but they won't work as well as buying a bike fit for the purpose.
