Hi Folks,

I've ,and 7 others, been on a number of 6 month ( and 1 x9 month)contracts since August 2009. The company today started to hand out another 6 months fixed term contract to take us to past our 4 year mark.. Each contract has stated a reason etc for not giving us a permanent position but I was led to believe once past 4 years they've no choice in the matter...
Also when questioned on redundancy payments the manager stated " I'm not obliged to answer that"..
Which tbh sickened me after working in a place for 4 years..:(

Any advice?
