Hi All, for use with standand clearos or cartomisers does an Evic win out massively over a gripper or is it close run battle ?

The eVic would only win if you like the form factor, variable wattage or relative accuracy, the gripper can push out a bit more power and I prefer the form of it myself.

I have the gripper myself. Have been using it for about 8 months. I do like how it fits nice and tidy in the paw. had a lava-tube before that and would definitely prefer the gripper over the lava-tube. The Evic is calling out to me time I'm getting juice :-) The other thing I was thinking of was the innokin svd

I have both, and it's the Gripper next to me right now, great device my number 1, prefer it even over my Provari which dies a death on me with my dripper and I can't even remember where my eVic is tbh.

If the size doesn't bother you it's a no-brainer imo.its very well built and feels really nice to hold. The threads may need a touch of noalox or whatever you can get your hands on.It has eGo threading,so it will take your clearos etc.The two menu buttons make it a breeze to use and I love the blue LED.
I don't use it in 18650 mode,it's just too dang big,so I mainly use it in 490/500 mode and for home use.Another good attribute is,its a proper flattop, not like the Sigelei Zmax V3...
