Anyone have any way of getting in contact with this bunch? I've been trying for a couple of weeks now, the landline number is out of service, there's an 085 number that never gets answered and you can't leave a message, and the guys in the maintenance shop are nice but keep giving me the number for the flight school that doesn't work! They don't seem to keen on replying to email queries either so hopefully someone can help

I spoke to a guy last week about a lesson - on a 085 mobile, I'll pm you the number if you want it.

However, can't get an answer from it these past 2 days either!

    Hey,

I'm having the same problem.. When I ring the 085 number it says that you can't leave a voice message because their mailbox is full. I'm wondering if you found some way of contacting them successfully could you let me know please? Thanks.

You just have to keep at them I'm afraid. It's a strange set up they have - I eventually got answered and got a slot with them. Then when you get to Sligo Airport you've to call the same number again (this time he answered after about 20 mins) to be told the instructor will be out to you when he's free.

In fairness to the instructor, he was brilliant. A young english guy, sound as a pound and very good in the aircraft. Pity he's working for a circus...

Can't get in contact with them at all. Any ideas how I might go about trying to get money back for a gift voucher?

Id say you'll be lucky to get any money back at this rate. I had a lesson with this crowd a while back and found them them be very unprofessional.

If you cant get through to them your only option would be the small claims court and even then you might get nothing as they may be bankrupt and voucher refunds would be at the bottom of the list of creditors to be paid.
