    Hi all,

I saw a large group of runners running down by the Claddagh this evening. Anyone know who's organizing this? I'd like to get back running after a few years out.

    Cheers,
    M

Aye, it's probably the Harriers. I see them out and about sometimes.

Could you not just run in front of them?
Obviously running behind is an easier option, but if you're in front you can cast terrified glances behind you as the horde of joggers slowly gains on you...
